The diplomas included in this program are NZ Dip in Hospitality Management and NZ Dip in Tourism and Travel. Students will be awarded 180 credits upon completing the program. The classes for the program are provided in a blended mode including online classes, hands-on classes, and practical lessons. Students will be learning about events. GradDip in Tourism and Hospitality Management- University of Waikato

This is a graduate diploma program offered with a duration of 1 year. Students will be learning about destination marketing, event management, intercultural communication, etc. as part of the course. They will also be learning about concepts in areas like service management, business strategy, management of financial resources, etc. The courses offered by the Management School and hence has a leaning toward concepts in the field of business and management. The fee for the program ranges between NZ$ 25,915 to NZ$36,155 per year.

NZ Diploma in Hospitality Management- Toi-Ohomai

This is a level 5 diploma program with a duration of 1 year. It is offered in full-time and part-time modes. Students will be awarded a total of 120 credits upon the completion of the course. The topics that are dealt with in the course include core skills, supervisory skills, hotel operations, travel hospitality, gastronomy, managing customer experience, food and beverage operations, etc. Students who complete this course will be able to work for trainee management or even apply for a team leader position. Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management- NZST

This is a level 6 diploma program offered by the New Zealand School of Tourism. It has a duration of 32 weeks only and deals with core concepts in hospitality management. Students will learn about communication & marketing, strategic leadership, creating exceptional customer experiences, financial management, room division management, hospitality business, etc. They will also be able to for a paid internship in New Zealand or overseas as part of the program. The program will also include skills in the field of business and management.

Diploma in Hospitality Management- Otago Polytechnic

This is a level 5 program with a duration of 1 year offered only in a full-time mode. Students will be awarded 120 credits upon completing the course. They will be able to learn about marketing fundamentals, finance, human resources, operational management, applied management in action, etc. as part of the course. Students will also be learning about managing facilities, inventories, and supplies. The fee of the program is NZ$ 23,480 for international students.
